Rules for Member and Institutional Communication of
The Academy of Advanced Financial Research

Thank you for choosing to establish contact with the Academy of Advanced Financial Research To ensure efficient and smooth communication between both parties, we have specifically formulated the following rules for communication:
I. Methods of Communication
Email: Please send communication emails to our official mailbox at:admin@aafin.org.uk Kindly indicate the purpose of your communication clearly in the subject line.
Online Form: Our official website provides a communication form. Please fill it out online and submit it, and we will respond as soon as possible.
Phone: For urgent or immediate matters, you may call our contact number directly. However, we encourage you to first contact your country's representative office as they can provide more tailored answers to your needs. If the representative office cannot answer your questions, our central team will provide further support.
II. Content of Communication
Member Communication: This encompasses updates on personal information, academic research collaborations, event participation, certificate and qualification inquiries, etc.
Institutional Communication: This involves updates on institutional information, advancement of cooperation projects, organization of academic exchange activities, resource sharing, etc.
III. Communication Hours and Response
Our normal working hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please take note of time differences due to different time zones. Communications received during these hours will be prioritized. Communications received outside of working hours will be responded to as soon as possible on the next business day.
For urgent communications, we will respond as soon as possible and may conduct detailed investigations or provide solutions as necessary.
IV. Information Confidentiality and Privacy
We strictly adhere to the confidentiality of member and institutional information and take all necessary measures to ensure information security.
Without proper authorization, we will not disclose any personal information or business secrets related to our members and institutional partners.
