International Financial Trust Planner Junior Intermediate Senior
International Financial Trust Planner is a high-end training course offered by AAF, aimed at explaining professional fields such as financial trust planning, family trust planning, international CRS offshore company establishment, property preservation and trust planning, the establishment and splitting of revocable and irrevocable trusts, and the establishment of charitable trusts.

International Financial Trust Planner Junior Intermediate Senior
1. The teaching venue is mainly set in London for teaching.
2. All teaching will be conducted in small face to face classes, with a semi closed teaching approach throughout the entire process . Recording and video recording are strictly prohibited, and trial listening will be declined.
3. The advanced courses are taught by the aforementioned professors and their assistants.
4. Advanced class graduates can sign follow-up business coaching agreements with domestic and international teams designated by our institution, undertake related wealth inheritance and trust businesses, and obtain commissions, dividends, price differences , and other benefits to achieve financial freedom.
5. Advanced class graduates can independently decide whether to participate in theInternational Financial Trust Training Camp and the International Study Program of Famous American Universities organized by our institution. Currently, this program allows for on-site visits to renowned financial institutions in the UK and California, Nevada Trust, Morgan Stanley Investment Bank, and PETER in the United States, as well as visits to local courts and law firms. The organizer will coordinate resources in this direction and directly connect them to individuals, During the training camp, there will be international studies interspersed with Ivy League schools in the United States. Teaching Plan
Day 1: Trust thinking construction, cross-border inheritance planning framework, tax risk analysis of major developed economies, establishment of PVI companies and cross-border asset allocation, comparison of asset declaration policies, analysis and interpretation of international and domestic inheritance solutions and family inheritance principles, and establishment and interpretation of relevant trust laws and regulations.
Day 2: Establishment and Splitting of Family Constitution, Practical Operation of Cross border Wealth Inheritance, Case Analysis, Implementation Steps of Cross border Wealth Inheritance, Establishment of Family Offshore Trust, Entrusted Offshore Trust, Bank Offshore Trust, Offshore Purpose Trust and Offshore Trust Transfer, and other Practical Operations.
Day 3: Establishment of American Family Trusts, Establishment of American Survival Trusts, Example Operations of American Insurance Trusts, Actual Operations of Revocable Dynasty Trusts in the United States, Actual Operations of Irrevocable Dynasty Trusts in the United States, Principles and Interpretations of International Family Tax Reporting Systems for Individuals Going to the United States, Advantages and Disadvantages of Establishing Trusts in Major Developed Countries, and Main Design Plans.
Day 4: trust legal agreement writing, splitting, conversion and current cross-border inheritance planning framework and tax risk framework case analysis and solution.
