Regulations and Measures for the Implementation of Financial Internship and Employment for International Students
1、 Internship requirements
Internship Unit Selection: International students should choose financial institutions that match their professional background and have a good reputation for internships, such as banks, securities companies, fund companies, insurance companies, etc.
Internship period: The internship period is usually not less than three months, but the longest cannot exceed one year. The specific duration should be determined based on the requirements of the internship unit and the academic arrangements of the students.

Employment preparation: Before employment, students need to fully prepare, including understanding the latest trends in the job market, improving professional skills and language abilities, and accumulating internship experience.
Employment Agreement: Students should sign a formal employment agreement with the employer, clarifying the rights and obligations of both parties, including job content, salary and benefits, working hours, work location, etc.
Career planning: Students should develop long-term career plans, clarify their career goals and development directions, and continuously improve their comprehensive qualities and professional skills.
3、 Implementation Measures
