The answer is probably no! This is just a quick reminder that 80% of new businesses fail in the first three years.
REMEMBER!
The core business skills you originally trained for did not include the necessary skills to become self-employed. And probably not even aware of the 60% - 70% of the new skills that you require to be successful in business.
The objective of the AAF Toolkit is to equip you with the core skills of how to run a business. Importantly show you how NOT to fail in business in business.
The AAF Toolkit introduces you to the 3M’s, the core skills for business success!
Mindfit Mindset – In these workshops, you will learn the personal skills you need to run a successful business.
Mastering Marketing - In these workshops, you will learn how to select and apply marketing techniques to help your business launch and grow.
Money Management – In these workshops, you will learn what financial information you require and how to manage the business's finances so that it doesn’t run out of money!
The AAF Toolkit consists of three levels
Each level includes two workshops on each of the three “core” competencies—six workshops at each level.
The first workshop explains how these should be considered for your business.
At the end of the first workshop, you will be given a “worksheet” to complete on your own.
You will need to complete this before attending the second workshop for the topic, which is the updating workshop. At this workshop, you will have the opportunity to discuss your worksheet with others attending the workshop and how each person has applied the answers on the worksheet.
You will be required to complete each level before proceeding on to the next level.
