8、Financial Transparency: AAF shall maintain financial transparency in all international collaborations, disclosing funding sources and allocations.

9、Conflict Resolution: The ILC shall have a mechanism for resolving conflicts that may arise among member countries in the context of international collaborations.

10、Representation at International Forums: AAF shall ensure that its representatives are actively involved in international financial forums, sharing research findings and perspectives.

14、Evaluation and Feedback: The ILC shall conduct regular evaluations of international collaborations, seeking feedback from member countries to improve the system.
