I. Composition of the Academic Committee

2、Vice-Chairperson: The Vice-Chairperson assists the Chairperson and fulfills the Chairperson's duties in their absence.
3、Members: The Committee consists of experts and scholars from various financial fields, as well as senior industry professionals, ensuring a broad representation.
II. Elections and Terms
1、Election Process: Members of the Academic Committee are elected by the entire faculty and student representatives through a secret ballot.
2、Term Limitations: Members serve for a term of three years and may be re-elected, but their consecutive terms must not exceed two.
III. Responsibilities and Rights
1、Responsibilities: The Academic Committee is responsible for deliberating and decision-making on the academic affairs of the Academy, including but not limited to course offerings, research directions, and academic evaluations.
2、Rights: The Academic Committee has the right to make recommendations and suggestions on the Academy's academic activities and cast votes on relevant decisions.
IV. Work Requirements and Guidelines
1、Meeting System: The Academic Committee convenes regular meetings, with a minimum of two meetings per year. Meetings require the presence of at least two-thirds of the members to commence.
2、Decision-Making Mechanism: The Academic Committee adopts a majority vote for decision-making. Significant matters require a vote of at least two-thirds of all members to pass.
3、Confidentiality Obligations: Members of the Academic Committee are obligated to maintain confidentiality regarding meeting content and discussions, and are not permitted to disclose such information without proper authorization.

In 2012, I started working and went overseas to join a top investment bank in developed countries. Later, I performed excellently and was promoted to Director of the Investment Department of the bank. I was awarded the Gold Medal Executive of the bank for six consecutive years until 2020.
I participated in and passed the UK Registered Financial Analyst RFA professional examination from 2019 to 2021, and have continuously obtained full membership and senior membership qualifications. Starting from 2022, I will serve as a specially appointed lecturer for registered financial analysts in the UK, responsible for teaching professional courses on capital markets, capital operations, and international IPOs in both Chinese and English.
From 2022 to 2023, I joined the British Entrepreneurs Association (IAE) as the Chief Technology Officer for IAE Greater China.
