Supervisory Standards for Members and Member Training Centers of
Academy of Advance Financial Research
On behalf of the Academy of Advance Financial Research in the UK, I would like to introduce to you the high standard, quantitative monitoring standards we have developed to ensure the academic quality and educational standards of our research institutions. These standards aim to ensure that our members and member training centers always maintain excellent professional standards and make positive contributions to the development of the financial sector.
The following are the monitoring standards we have established for members and member training centers:
1、 Member monitoring standards
Academic Participation: Members should participate in at least three academic activities or seminars organized by the research institute each year, and submit at least one academic paper or report related to the financial field.
Continuing Education: Members are required to complete at least 40 hours of continuing education courses related to the financial field each year to maintain the updating and expansion of their professional knowledge.
Academic integrity: Members must abide by the principle of academic integrity in their submitted papers, reports, and other academic achievements, and shall not engage in any misconduct such as plagiarism or plagiarism.
Member activity: Members should actively participate in the online community and discussions of the research institute, and publish or reply to at least 10 professional posts or comments every year.
Professional Development: Members are required to regularly update their personal professional resumes and showcase their latest career development and achievements on the official platform of the research institute.
2、 Member Training Center Supervision Standards
Training quality: The member training center should ensure the quality of all training courses, ensure the cutting-edge and practical nature of course content, and update at least 20% of course content annually.
Teacher level: The training center should have at least three full-time teachers who hold doctoral degrees in finance or economics and have more than five years of teaching experience.
Student satisfaction: The training center should regularly collect feedback from students to ensure that student satisfaction is not less than 90%, and adjust and improve training content and methods in a timely manner based on feedback.
Hardware facilities: The training center should have hardware facilities that meet the standards of the research institute, including but not limited to classrooms, laboratories, libraries, and information technology equipment, and must be maintained and updated in good condition.
Compliance: The training center must strictly comply with all applicable educational and financial regulations to ensure the compliance and standardization of training activities.
The above monitoring standards will serve as an important basis for us to evaluate the performance of members and member training centers. We hope that all members and member training centers can strictly adhere to these standards and jointly maintain the academic reputation and educational quality of the research institute.
